A study in the gravity of form, this collection reflects the fullness of shared moments and the quiet intimacy of communal life. The chiseled contours draw inspiration from the rugged terrain of high-altitude valleys, balancing a substantial, artifact-like weight with a sweeping cane handle that connects the hand back to the earth through a lineage of mindful presence.

The surface is a celestial cartography born from the intense atmosphere of the woodfired kiln. A moody, high-gloss bronze glaze is flecked with unpredictable golden-amber specks, capturing the exact moment where the cooling dusk meets the heat of the earth to leave behind a permanent record of the fire's breath across the ceramic skin.

To engage with this set is to participate in a slower tempo of life. The steady pour from the spout and the comforting gravity of the cups in your palm encourage a slower, sensory experience, turning the simple act of pouring and sipping into a meditative ritual of slow living

Process & Craft

Crafted from a blend of local Indian stoneware clays, these pieces endure a grueling 16–20 hour wood-firing process. In the heart of the kiln, reaching temperatures of 1300°C, Casuarina wood ash is carried by the flame to settle upon the glaze. This intense heat causes the ash to vitrify and run, producing the unique 'tears' and complex mineral variations that make every set a singular, non-replicable piece of ceramic art.
