Each vessel is hand-thrown using iron-rich Indian stoneware clay, specifically selected for its structural durability and soulful resonance. The serving set undergoes an intense 20-hour wood-firing process reaching 1300°C, where the natural circulation of Casuarina wood fly-ash reacts with the high-gloss iron slip. This elemental fusion subtly blurs and tracks across the hand-painted, interlocking scalloped motifs, creating unique, vitrified 'ash-runs' and complex mineral variations that can never be replicated.
