Holding weight and warmth within a compact, rounded form, this ceramic vessel reflects a studio practice shaped by years of wood firing and sustained making in India. The softly contoured body is wheel-thrown with restraint, allowing gentle variations to remain visible as traces of hand and process. Warm amber and earthy brown tones gather through natural glazing and extended wood firing, where ash movement and kiln atmosphere create soft banding and depth across the surface. Crafted in stoneware and fired patiently, the vessel develops a tactile richness shaped by flame and time rather than controlled finish. Intended to rest as a small sculptural object or functional container, the form brings grounding presence, warmth, and quiet focus to interior settings.

Process & Craft
Each Condiment Pot is handmade by master craftspeople using traditional studio pottery methods, beginning with wheel-thrown forms shaped from unique clay mixes prepared in-house. Natural, mineral-rich glazes are applied by hand, drawing from Japanese Mingei and Korean Buncheong influences that guide the studio’s design sensibility. Fired at nearly 1300°C, the stoneware develops remarkable strength and a glaze surface shaped by the dynamic play of fire, ash, and high-temperature reactions inside the kiln. Every piece is quietly distinct — a reflection of the kiln’s temperament, the hands that shaped it, and the experienced designers who curate its final aesthetic.
