The softly structured body and gently pulled handle are wheel-thrown for balance and comfort, allowing the mug to sit naturally in the hand. Warm cream tones are animated by a flowing, kiln-influenced mark that emerges through natural glazing and long firings, where ash and flame quietly shape the surface. Crafted in stoneware and fired patiently, the mug carries subtle variation and depth that reveal themselves with regular use. Process & Craft


Each mug is handmade by master craftspeople using traditional studio pottery methods, beginning with wheel-thrown forms shaped from unique clay mixes prepared in-house. Natural, mineral-rich glazes are applied by hand, drawing from Japanese Mingei and Korean Buncheong influences that guide the studio’s design sensibility. Fired at nearly 1300°C, the stoneware develops remarkable strength and a glaze surface shaped by the dynamic play of fire, ash, and high-temperature reactions inside the kiln. Every piece is quietly distinct — a reflection of the kiln’s temperament, the hands that shaped it, and the experienced designers who curate its final aesthetic.
