A profound expression of the SAHA collection, this ensemble draws its breath from the communal spirit of Indian family dining and the refined restraint of Japanese functional art. The silhouettes are generous yet intentional, designed to be the silent center of a shared table where rituals of togetherness are born.
The surface is a narrative of fire and shadow. Deep midnight pigments sweep across a canvas of river-stone cream, accented by circular motifs that mimic the phases of a celestial body. These markings are not mere decorations but records of the flame’s path, echoing the quiet movement of a tide under a starlit sky.
In the hand, the stoneware feels ancient and grounded. It invites a tactile meditation, encouraging the diner to feel the subtle variations in texture born from the kiln. This is an invitation to slow consumption, where every meal becomes an act of presence and every bowl a vessel for connection.

Process & Craft
Hand-sculpted from high-fire Indian stoneware clay, this set undergoes a rigorous 20-hour wood-firing process in a traditional kiln. Reaching temperatures of 1300°C, the atmosphere is fueled by Casuarina wood; as the wood burns, its mineral-rich ash is carried by the flame to land on the pieces. This creates a natural ash glaze, resulting in unique 'runs' and 'drips' that ensure no two pieces are ever identical, embodying the soul of the unpredictable fire.
