Process & Craft
Hand-thrown using a proprietary blend of local Indian stoneware clays, this piece is a testament to the mastery of fire. It underwent a rigorous 16–20 hour wood-firing at 1300°C, where the kiln was fueled by Casuarina wood. The resulting interaction between the vaporized wood ash and the minerals in the clay creates the unique 'drips' and speckled character that define our artisanal woodfire process.
