Every Mist River Mug is a testament to endurance, hand-thrown from locally sourced Indian stoneware clays and minerals. It undergoes a transformative 16–20 hour wood-firing process, reaching temperatures of 1300°C.
During this intense vigil, the volatile atmosphere fed by Casuarina wood allows natural ash to melt into the clay, creating a unique signature of drips and textures that no machine could ever replicate.
