The Mist Ritual set, an anchor of our SAHA collection, honors the sacred act of gathering. Its silhouette is a bridge between the grounded stability of Indian household vessels and the minimalist poise of Japanese tea traditions, celebrating the strength found in the circle of family and friends.
The surface is a canvas of soft creams and mist-grays, punctuated by the raw, earthy textures of exposed clay at the rims. This interplay recalls the quiet beauty of morning mist caught in the valleys, where the air's clarity meets the earth's depth, capturing a moment of stillness amidst the passage of time.
Designed for the slow pour and the deep conversation, the tactile weight of these pieces encourages a mindful grip. To hold a mug from this set is to embrace a philosophy of slow living, where every sip becomes a meditative pause and every shared pot of tea becomes a cherished heirloom of the present.

Process & Craft
Each piece in this service is hand-thrown using refined local Indian stoneware clays, then subjected to the intense environment of a 16–20 hour wood-firing at 1300°C. We utilize Casuarina wood ash which, under the extreme heat, melts and travels across the form to create natural 'runs' and 'drips.' This organic process ensures that no two sets are identical, as the flame and ash leave their unique, scorched signature on every surface.
