Rising with quiet confidence from its base, this ceramic vase translates everyday vessel traditions into a contemporary sculptural form. The elongated silhouette feels grounded yet elegant, shaped slowly to preserve subtle shifts that reveal the maker’s hand. A hand-painted motif drifts across the pale upper surface like a fleeting observation, balanced by the warm, fire-kissed tones of the lower body. Crafted in stoneware and wood-fired, the surface is shaped by wandering flames, settling ash, and shifting kiln atmospheres, creating natural flashing, tonal depth, and unrepeatable character. Designed to hold dried stems, fresh flowers, or to stand alone as a sculptural accent, the vase brings height, warmth, and a calm visual rhythm to interior spaces.

Process & Craft
Each vase is handmade by master craftspeople using traditional studio pottery methods, beginning with wheel-thrown forms shaped from unique clay mixes prepared in-house. Natural, mineral-rich glazes are applied by hand, drawing from Japanese Mingei and Korean Buncheong influences that guide the studio’s design sensibility. Fired at nearly 1300°C, the stoneware develops remarkable strength and a glaze surface shaped by the dynamic play of fire, ash, and high-temperature reactions inside the kiln. Every piece is quietly distinct — a reflection of the kiln’s temperament, the hands that shaped it, and the experienced designers who curate its final aesthetic.
Sustainability Practices
Made in serene, low-waste pottery studios that prioritize mindful production. All materials used — clays, glazes, oxides — are natural and non-toxic. High-temperature firing ensures long product life, reducing breakage and replacement cycles. Crafted in small batches to support ethical production and minimize overconsumption. Each mug embodies a slow craft philosophy, valuing longevity over mass production.
