Process & Craft
Each piece is hand-thrown using indigenous Indian stoneware clays, chosen for their strength and mineral character. This set underwent an arduous 18-hour wood-firing at 1300°C within our kiln. We utilize Casuarina wood, whose fly-ash interacts with the clay body in the intense heat to create a natural glaze. The unpredictable 'runs' and 'drips' found on the surface are the direct signature of the flame, ensuring that no two sets are ever identical.
